Applications

It is used as raw material for production of lithpone.It is also used in synthetic fiber industry, zinc plating,pesticides.It is mainly used in trace element fertilizer and feed additives, etc.
It is mainly used as raw material for manufacturing lithophane and zinc salt, mordant for printing and dyeing industry, preservative for wood and leather, insecticide for preventing diseases and insect pests of fruit trees, emetic for medicine, clarification and preservation agent for bone glue, and also an important auxiliary raw material for chemical fiber production. In addition, it is also used in electroplating, electrolysis and paper industry. It shall be stored in a dry place.
Production process: zinc oxide is added to dilute solution to form slurry. Sulfuric acid is added for reaction, and zinc powder is added to replace copper, cadmium, nickel, etc. after filtration, the filtrate is heated. Potassium permanganate is added to oxidize iron, manganese and other impurities. After filtration, it is clarified, concentrated, cooled and crystallized, centrifuged and dried.

Storage Precautions
